This villa is rented complete with all equipment and utilities and is run by excellent staff.

The accommodation comprises four air conditioned bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, and includes a large master bedroom with an adjoining kitchenette. A lovely terrace leads out from the master bedroom and the adjacent guest bedroom, and greets guests with a stunning view over the pool and the beach - perfect for watching the glorious Caribbean sunsets each evening. In addition, there is a pool-side playroom with Cable TV which is also available in the master bedroom. The Rental has been built with comfort in mind and it offers amazing living areas to its guests that naturally blends with the tropical greenery from the outside. The tropical garden, ocean views, crystal clear swimming pool and the multiple lounge areas are real oasis of serenity. New Mansion is a short walk along the beach from the prestigious Sandy Lane Hotel and just next door to Treasure Beach Hotel.

The world famous Sandy Lane, Royal Westmoreland and Apes Hill golf courses are within a short drive along with a variety of duty free shops, world class restaurants, night spots, supermarkets and banks.
