All houses feature tastefully decorated modern interiors and top of the line furnishings, amenities and appliances. The modern airy peninsula kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher and Bosch oven). The house also features air conditioning, wireless internet, hi-fi stereo, cordless telephone, washer and dryer. Many of the pieces were custom made by an Italian architect and designer using dark and light woods and antique traditions.

 

You may also rent the entire Squires Estate which includes 10 bedrooms and 6 different cottages: Belmont House, Mrs. Russel’s Cottage, The Stone House, The Cottage at Belmont, Toad’s Hall, and The Jr. Cottage at Belmont.
