Omega is located in the area of Aleomandra on the southwestern side of Mykonos. Thanks to its position, the villa has extensive views over the Aegean sea with a 180-degree spread. Starting from the bay of Agios Ioannis the view spreads over the island of Delos and Rhenia and include the added feature of looking directly into the colorful Mykonian sunsets, thank to the villa’s location facing West. The area of Aleomandra is conveniently located with respects to the beaches of Kapari, Agios Ioannis and Ornos each being within an easy 5 minute drive.

Upon entering the property’s grounds one is greeted by a marvelous cacti garden surrounding the steps down to the main entrance and adorned by traditional amphorae. The villa’s infinity pool is undeniably the center of the outdoor spaces with its extensive 30 meters of length overlooking the Aegean sea. Its unique T-shape seems to flawlessly connect with the villa’s indoor SPA pool although they are merely separated by a large glass panel. The pool terrace is generous in space and features summer furniture throughout. A further terrace is dedicated to the outdoor dining and lounge area, located a level up from the pool. A discrete barbeque area completes the terrace, providing outdoor grilling solutions.

Omega’s grand outdoor space is reflected just as well indoors where the property develops on three different floors. The upper level living room is directly to the right hand side of the villa’s main entrance. There are actually two living areas, one preceding the other. Both enjoy views over the sea and neighboring islands. The lower level features a large living room with indoor small swimming pool/Jacuzzi with heated soft water in addition to a generous sitting area, all with sea views. The property’s kitchen is conveniently located in a position that allows easy access to both the indoor and outdoor dining areas. The design is that of a kitchen meant to appeal to those fond of cooking be it a hobby or a true profession, a central island dominates the large kitchen area, allowing plenty of space for food preparation.

All appliances are Smeg and compose a truly state-of-the-art kitchen. Two bar areas are also present both on the entrance and lower level, both great options for aperitifs and cocktails with the grand sea views in the background. The bedrooms are divided mainly between the villa’s first floor, its lower floor and an independent guesthouse. They all boast great design and particular attention to amenities and comfort throughout. The spacious master bedroom as well as three further en-suite guest bedrooms are included in the main house, in addition to a further guest bedroom with external access to the front of the property. A cozy guest studio was designed below the pool and features an en-suite guest bedroom with small kitchenette and living area.
