Villa Fantasia is a single storey vacation rental with 2 ensuite bedrooms for 4 persons in Zakynthos. The villa is combining traditional stone house architecture with high quality accommodation. Panoramic views overlooking the vineyard the sea and beyond. Fantasia is based on inclusive design architectural disciplines and friendly for people with disable characteristics as well. The interior minimalistic design apart from the high quality accommodation, functionalism, safety and comfort serves the facilities including wide doorways, specially adapted bathroom, kitchen and indoor and outdoor living areas.

It is a fully accessible house while combining deep relaxation and enjoyment for all with its own accessible private pool. The villa offers both indoor and outdoor dining facilities. Spacious and light with fully glazed outlook facing the pool area, vineyard and sea. There is dining table in the open plan kitchen as well as outdoor under the covered veranda. The surrounding spaces of the villa feature outdoor covered living areas, private swimming pool with hydro-massage spot, and direct access to the sea.

The magnificent Blue Caves are one of the islands natural attractions and some of the most beautiful in Greece They are located on the coast just below our Villas and the lighthouse at Cape Skinari. The Blue Caves are famous for the reflection and diffusion of sunlight within the caves; turning the water into an impressive azure translucent blue. It is certainly worth renting a boat or taking a boat trip which departs a short distance from the Villas and to stop at the numerous caves, bays and swimming spots around the area including the famous Shipwreck.

The beaches of Zakynthos are famous for their unspoilt beauty and crystal clear emerald waters. There are a number of beaches and undiscovered coves surrounding Blue Caves, with the closest located 2.5 km from the villa. This is the most easily accessible beach of Agios Nikolaos. A further 4km along the coastal road takes you to the beautiful Makris Gialos beach. It has a sandy seashore and its crystal waters are ideal for snorkelers who love to explore the sea caves. By travelling a further 2 km from Makris Gialos you will find Xigia beach with bright turquoise waters, white pebble sand and stark cliffs.
