Casa Andratx is a stunning luxury villa located in the exclusive neighbourhood of La Mola, just a short distance from Puerto Andratx.

Set in a quiet cul de sac and commanding picture postcard views (you can even see the island of Sa Dragonera!), Casa Andratx will leave without a want in the world as you relax in it`s gorgeous ambience.

Come in through the front door and you`ll be greeted by Casa Andratx`s chic, chilled-out decor that combines elements of typical Balearic design with modern touches and finishes, and pieces hailing from all four corners of the world - all rather spectacular!

From the entrance hall you head straight on into the large lounge with several seatees - two facing opposite each other with a coffee table in between, and a third flanked by two armchairs in front the TV which has access to satellite channels. Large french doors on each wall of the room can be opened to let in the summer breeze, and there`s air conditioning for when things get too hot.

From the entrance hall to your left is the open kitchen-dining space which is perfect for cooking up a storm and entering guests - there`s plenty of work surfaces and Casa Andratx comes equipped with pretty much everything you`ll need to get the most out of the islands local produce.

Upstairs Casa Andratx has three double bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms and sea views. Large wooden bed frames topped with comfy mattresses and adorned with soft cotton sheets mean that you might have a bit of a struggle getting out of bed in the morning!

The fourth bedroom is separate from the rest of the villa, and is located in an independent guest house; ideal for those who prefer a little more privacy. The good sized room as a double bed, en suite bathroom and a large wardrobe.

There is also a spare bedroom on the ground floor of the main house - it is located off the kitchen and has a bunk bed making it a great choice for children, and there is a WC opposite.

What`s more, Casa Andratx is just as grand outside as it is inside! The terraced garden has been beautifully tended to - there`s an outdoor kitchen with a grill and outdoor dining table with al fresco meals, and out front a petanque pitch makes a great diversion for lazy afternoons.

And of course no Mallorcan villa would be complete with a swimming pool! Casa Andratx`s is a chic, light green infinity pool with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean, and is joined by six sun loungers where you can work on your tan
