It is easy walking distance to restaurants, retail, grocery and on the bus route for convenient access to Beaver Creek Resort.

Enjoy the views and sounds of the Eagle River all while being a stone’s throw away from the entrance to Beaver Creek Resort. This mountain modern designed townhome has large south facing windows and two private decks that take in the surrounding mountain environment. There is a formal dining area for six people, a spacious, kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances, including a 6-burner gas stove and breakfast bar seating for two.

The living room includes a gas fireplace, flat screen television and an adjacent den/office area for those looking for a quite space. A full size washer and dryer are also located on the main floor in addition to a full bath with shower. The master bedroom with king bed, en suite bath and a private sauna is located one flight downstairs along with a second guest bedroom with en suite bath and a small reading nook.

There are two community hot tubs on property only 50 yards from the front door, both overlooking the Eagle River. The Town of Avon bus stop is located 175 yards away and only a 5-minute bus ride to the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa where you catch the Westin Gondola for direct access to Beaver Creek Resort. Getting to and from the slopes is a breeze.

Please note that we give all of our guests staying with us complimentary access to the Vail Vitality Center located in Vail Village where you can use the workout facility, attend yoga classes, use the hot tubs, and more.
