Enter through the island's private gate, follow the long driveway past dozens of whimsical signs and beautiful trees...Travel around the bend as a panorama of green fields give way to lush landscape, carousel rides, outdoor gazebos, billiards, and so much more...

 

The island's main house is so incredibly peaceful, with 1 Main Master Suite, with en-suite bath, 2 Children’s Rooms and a Pull out for additional guest.  We can even convert the Game room into a bedroom if you need additional sleeping room.  This main house sleeps 8-10 guests max.

 

You'll hear hardly anything other than nature's nocturnal whispers as you stare into the deep, starry night sky from its rear deck. Originally built in 1994, the main house has “an Old Southern" feel with serene Southern porches but also features a modern luxury whimsical interior complete with video arcade, plasma televisions, game bar, & more.  Across our property, there are 2 available bedrooms plus 2 pullouts--easily sleeping 8 or more guests.

 

As you approach the property's entertainment building, you catch a glimpse of several popular, well-loved characters staring out from the upstairs window.  Realizing those characters are only paintings, you open the door and enter...The ceiling above is speckled with twinkling stars...The granite floor below you is elaborately themed with a twist on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Large, friendly statues of famous cinema icons greet you...The long hallway feels like that of an elaborate theater with themed lighting, movie posters, and entrances to a gorgeous 9-seat movie room, video arcade, ball pit w/ enormous indoor slide, and more!

 

Photographs do NOT do pool area justice!  Imagine the soothing sound of waterfalls, a 360 degree panorama of lush landscape, rock-themed hot tub, complete privacy---and the luxurious amenities of a complete outdoor kitchen, sound system, and MOVIE screen...and you'll begin to understand just how incredibly relaxing it can be!

 

There is literally a secret "hidden" panel door leading from the gorgeous cherry-wood computer room into the large, well-appointed gym. The main workout facility includes treadmill, free weights, all-in-one strength training machine, abdominal cruncher, punching bags, and a gigantic floor-to-ceiling mirror. Also included are dozens of workout videos to watch on a 42" plasma screen while you exercise!

 

Windows" and "Doors" into the homes of gnomes and playful elves dot some of the trees... A "yellow brick road" beckons you to follow it. Carousel horse signs, images, and even actual motorized rides seem to be everywhere. The playfully child-like... yet maturely romantic theme permeates the feel of Oak Island's 62+ private acres.
