This wonderful, near ocean home in Palmetto Dunes, has all the amenities and added touches to make a memorable beach vacation. Located on the 11 mile lagoon system, it is an easy 7 minute walk to the beach!

Eleven steps lead to the entrance of this beautiful home. The sunken living room/dining room area which is straight ahead, has two-story windows giving this area an open feeling. Here you will find a comfy sofa, two chairs, a decorative fireplace with 60” wall-mounted flat screen TV, a circular table seating up to eight, and sliding doors leading to the back patio with amazing lagoon views.

The kitchen is perfect for those who love to cook offering granite countertops, stainless appliances, a built-in desk, and beautiful lagoon views. There are also two full-sized sinks, two dishwashers, two ovens, a built-in microwave, wine fridge and a large island....perfect for families that love to cook together.

The family room can be accessed from the kitchen with comfortable seating, wall-mounted flat screen TV, and a breakfast table with four chairs, which offers great views of the lagoon.

Also on this level is the large master suite offers a king bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, two relaxing chairs with ottoman, and access to the back deck. The master bathroom is a dream with a large walk-in shower, separate garden tub, double sinks, and a very large walk-in closet.

The den, which can also be used as a private bedroom, is located directly left of the entryway. This room has a sleeper sofa, desk, flat screen TV, and shared half bathroom that opens into the hall.

On the second floor you will find three additional bedrooms. Two of the three bedrooms offer king beds, flat screen TVs, and private bathrooms with stand-up showers. The third bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom also with a stand-up shower. All of these bedrooms have walk-in closets.

These owners also went the extra mile for anyone traveling with a baby/infant. In the hall there is a large closet that has been converted in to a beautiful nursery. This room has a crib, crib sheets/bumper, and changing pad. In addition, there is a booster seat, a high chair and bouncy seat.

The last bedroom is located on the lower level with entrance to this room by the pool/ patio area. This well-appointed suite is perfect for the couple looking for a quiet area to stay, offering a king bed, dresser, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with stand-up shower. From the first floor, an elevator can be taken to this bedroom, entering from the garage.

The outside of this house is simply stunning. A gas grill is also located on the upper deck. There is plenty of seating including a table with six chairs and 2 additional tables with umbrellas that seat 4. There are also 5 lounge chairs and additional chairs around the pool area. Two Adirondack chairs are located on the dock where you can kayak, do some catch and release fishing, or just sit and watch the wildlife.

Just when you think this house couldn’t get any better for your family, this owner provides multiple beach bikes in assorted sizes (one is tandem), supply of plastic beach toys, and assorted beach chairs. There are also two strollers, one single, and one double. The little red wagon also helps moving kids and items back and forth to the beach.
