What an absolutely wonderful vacation rental! This large home features a game room with pool table and flat screen TV, large living room with 42" flat screen TV and gas fireplace, indoor hot tub (although it is indoors, the hot tub room is not heated), gas grill, and a wonderful spacious kitchen with Corian counter tops and oak floors!

The split level home has 3 bedrooms upstairs. The huge master suite has a queen-sized bed and trundle bed (2 singles), and a private master bath with claw-foot tub. Also upstairs is a queen and a king bedroom and full bath. On the mid level is the kitchen with breakfast nook, formal dining room for 8, comfy living room, double bedroom, and full bathroom.

Downstairs you'll find the pool table along with access out to the private hot tub! This is perfect for large groups and the location is perfect as well! Just minutes from beaches and casinos and only 5-10 minutes to skiing at Heavenly!

PLEASE NOTE: There are several short staircases in this split-level home. There is no access to any bedroom without using some stairs.
