Blue Diamond is a 13,000 sq. ft. villa with modern interiors, spacious floor plans, five full bedrooms plus an additional room with a day bed, a swimming pool, and a heated jacuzzi for up to twelve people. This villa’s unique flower-shaped design is perfect for large groups because all three levels have a central area surrounded by smaller rooms in the “petals,” or alcoves. This amazing villa is one of the most unique with amazing beaches from almost every angle. For larger groups there are two additional villas that can be paired with this villa to make a larger estate, please inquire for more. The unique villas were recently redesigned to create a more modern feel while still having all of the 5 star amenities.

Blue Diamond features a magnificent Grand Room with 21-foot high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows in addition to a triangular, glass-topped table in the formal dining room that can seat up to fourteen people A custom-built semicircle bar that includes a cooktop and refrigerator leads into the gourmet kitchen, and private powder rooms lie in the surrounding alcoves. On the second floor, there is a fully-stocked entertainment room with a custom-made pool table, two card tables, a ping pong table and an ocean view.

You are just 20 minutes from everything you can want and need, a just a little further from the airport. Arrive by private plane directly into our airport or take a ferry from St. Martin, which runs almost every 20-30 minutes and the trip to the Island is easy and secure. Once you arrive you will find your staff ready to show you one of the most incredible places in the world. They will be there through every plan so that everything is seamless. Just down the beach we have our Petit 1 bedroom which can be paired with our large villa for larger groups.

Situated in the Caribbean, one of the world’s most vulnerable regions to the impacts of climate change, the villa owner is committed to sustainability and the pursuing of ongoing fiscally, socially, and environmentally responsible business practices. As such, we have taken the opportunity to offset ALL carbon emissions generated from our guests’ travel (to and from the resort) and overall stay at our villas by donating to a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization called The Ocean Foundation and their SeaGrass Grow program. By offsetting the carbon footprint of our guests, we ensure that we are not adding to climate change and are instead defending our blue planet from it.
