Located just 0.3 miles from the golf clubhouse of the world-famous Punta Espada golf course. Cap Cana is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. Cap Cana is home to one of the best beaches in the Caribbean including Juanillo Beach and Api Beach Club at the marina.

Cap Cana is also home to the best golf course in the Caribbean, Punta Espada, a Jack Nicklaus Signature course with 9 holes playing along the ocean ($). This course is ranked #1 golf course in the Caribbean by GolfWeek Magazine. The property is conveniently located approx. 9 miles from Punta Cana International Airport – just a short drive and you’ll arrive at Las Palmas 16.

If you want to go off property to explore the local area, the Puntacana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Puntacana are located just outside the resort and you can easily get there in a rental car or with our pre-arranged transportation service ($) To get around inside Cap Cana resort, the villa rental includes a golf touring cart. Las Palmas 16 is a brand new 6-bedroom contemporary villa (built in 2022-2023) in 2 levels with 2 bedrooms downstairs and 4 bedrooms upstairs. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has outdoor ceiling fans on the main terrace.

When you come into the villa, the space welcomes you with double-height ceilings, and a beautiful, open living space. Downstairs, you’ll find 2 of the bedrooms, including the primary suite, the kitchen, dining area, formal living room with 86-inch TV and Sonos speakers, TV-room with 86-inch TV and Sonos speakers, guest/half bathroom, laundry- and staff area.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your meals. However, the villa rental includes a private chef, who will cook all your meals during your stay, so you can relax and enjoy your vacation. The interior of the villa has a clean and modern feel. The decor is kept in a contemporary, minimalist style with simple decor, furniture in light and neutral colors combined with a few touches of bright colors and charm. This villa is a place where you’ll feel very relaxed and comfortable.

Upstairs by the bedrooms, there is another small living area with a comfortable seating arrangement. Enjoy the spacious outdoor areas with a covered terrace, which spans the width of the villa, and private pool area. The backyard is a lush, tropical landscape with large trees to give you maximum privacy – this is your oasis! The large terrace is a comfortable space with outdoor BBQ area, dining area, TV lounge with 86-inch TV, Sonos speakers, and pool table. Soak up the sun on one of the sun loungers by the pool, and whenever you need to cool off, you can step into the pool or Jacuzzi directly from the terrace.

When you stay at Las Palmas 16, you’ll have a private chef, a butler, and a maid included during your stay. Your chef will prepare all meals during your stay (food & drinks are not included). Your butler will assist you and the staff around the villa, serve drinks & food, etc., and the maid will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (every 3rd day).

You’ll also have a villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, in-house massages, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these before your arrival. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on the property to greet you when you arrive at the villa and are available throughout your entire stay.
