SayaSara Villa is located on the western coast of the virtually undiscovered island of Mayreau in the heart of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Sayasara Villa is a beachfront paradise overlooking the setting sun with 20,000 feet of secluded white sand and calm waters just steps away. Stunning Spaces Sayasara Villa is made up of 4 separate and private pavilions that accommodate a maximum of 10 people. The pavilions together offer nearly 8,170 sq. ft. of living space, and are designed to provide privacy, uninterrupted west-facing views and seamless integration with the lush surrounding landscape. The common area includes a main pool (508 sq. ft) and a large outdoor dining room with BBQ area, fully-equipped kitchen, a bar, laundry area, private gazebo, outdoor shower and luxurious bathroom.

Contemporary style, generous open spaces and complete integration with the landscape through walls that disappear, make Sayasara Villa at one with the hillside / beachfront setting. Pavilion Details Pavilion 1 contains the main living areas; with the great living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and utility area. These open plan spaces open out onto the spacious sundeck, outside dining area and infinity pool, all with spectacular views over the bay. On the same level is Pavilion 2, containing the ensuite Master Bedroom Suite with outdoor shower – 2 person maximum. Pavilion 2 also has direct access to the infinity pool, sundeck and BBQ areas. Pavilion 3 – Spread over two levels is a Master Bedroom Suite with TV Room & 1 Guest suite. 4 person maximum. Pavilion 4 - Spread over two levels are 1 Master Bedroom Suite with plunge pool & 1 Guest suite (4 person maximum). The villa has a private infinity edge pool which faces the ocean. Sea kayaks, paddle boards and a Hobie Catamaran are all available for guests to enjoy.

The villa manager is available to help you plan your daily itinerary with activities and trips, make your bookings and drive you wherever you choose — whatever the time of day or night. He can make reservations in the Island restaurants, or in some of the more unusual and unique locales. Daily housekeeping is included as is continental breakfast and welcome drinks. A private chef and housekeeper are available and can be booked for an additional fee. Deep sea fishing and kitesurfing can also be organized upon request.

Mayreau is one of the least developed islands in the Grenadines with a world class anchorage and white deserted beaches. The island is part of the world-renowned Tobago Cays Marine Park, five protected and uninhabited islands offering one of the richest marine experiences in the Caribbean. This development of beachfront villas has been designed by the renowned architect Kenneth Kao who has created some of the most distinctive and sustainable homes on the British Virgin Islands, including Sir Richard Branson's Necker Island villa. Kao's work at Saya Villas is characterized by contemporary style, generous open spaces and complete integration with the landscape through walls that disappear, making the villas one with their hillside setting. Airport transfers can be arranged for guests.
