The Penthouse includes an expanded floor plan that seamlessly extends outdoors into a stunning wraparound outdoor terrace that takes advantage of the dramatic cliff views and features full-size infinity pool. The cliff penthouse offers a plush interior that is beautifully furnished to the highest standard. Luxuriously styled by FENDI Casa with signature FENDI Casa décor and furnishings throughout, the suite features an expansive living room with two fully retractable walls with floor to ceiling glass doors, master bedroom with a king Vi-Spring bed, one and a half baths with a soaking tub and outdoor shower.

Dramatically shaped, the island reminded Christopher Columbus of a reclining woman, so he named it Virgin Gorda. Beach-lovers will enjoy the beautiful stretch of pristine beaches, particularly the Baths, a beach made up of giant granite boulders that form hidden pools and grottos. Vacationers will also enjoy the unique indigenous plants that flourish in the National Parks and can admire the exotic birds and ruins at the Little Fort National Park. This property is located on Oil Nut Bay which is a coral reef bay described as "headland attached linear reef". The beach at Oil Nut Bay stretches for about 0.5 miles (0.80 km) and the coastline extends to Leverick Bay.
