Expansive French windows lead to a generous, sheltered veranda furnished for comfort, perfect for unwinding with literature while savoring the gentle zephyrs and captivating vistas that stretch out before it. A cozy dining area, seating ten, offers a perfect spot for morning and informal dining, while a more sophisticated outdoor pavilion set within the garden welcomes up to 14 guests for open-air dinner parties, positioning High Breeze as an excellent choice for those desiring to host guests during their visit. Positioned atop a ridge, the swimming pool and sun deck afford stunning panoramic views of the seafront below, complemented by plush, ample sunbeds and shades.

Within the main residence are four bedrooms, each boasting an en suite bathroom, spacious walk-in closets, elevated ceilings, and broad windows, all tastefully furnished with vibrant island hues and whimsical patterns. Additionally, a guest cottage is home to two queen-bedded en suite bedrooms, each opening onto a secluded patio that offers serene views of the verdant gardens stretching towards the polo grounds.
