Dawn Beach is a beautifully appointed, 8 bedroom estate home located on the West end of Grace Bay Beach on Smith’s Reef in Providenciales. The home takes your breath away from the moment you arrive at the front gate. The long, graveled driveway is lined with large, age old Caribbean mahogany trees that canopy over your vehicle as you approach the villa’s entry pavilion. Throughout the home, careful detail and consideration has been put into each space taking into account luxury, comfort and the enhancement of the natural surroundings.

Dawn Beach is styled as a modern, but transitional home that extenuates its already privileged surroundings with distinct textures and flair. The property contrasts beautifully with the turquoise ocean and white sandy beaches that make Turks and Caicos so special. The home has a dedicated full staff complete with a chef, butler and housekeeper to cater to your every whim throughout the day and night. Staff operate out of a separate chef’s kitchen and staff space, allowing you and your guests privacy throughout your stay while the staff work behind the scene.

A residential elevator between the three floors also perfectly facilitates senior and mobility impaired guests of the villa.
