As soon as you walk through the doors you will know that you have arrived somewhere magical. As soon as you walk in the turquoise waters gleam through the ceiling to floor glass windows, framing the beautiful view you will wake up to every morning. The beauty of every room shines through, the designer used natural woods like camaru and teak to really bring natural elements into the house, gleaming the need for a balance in architecture and serenity. As you walk through you'll find a sunken living space with plush seating and a television that floats above for a cinematic experience. Walking through you will go from room to room enjoying the beautiful warmth of the finishes which include granite and coral stone which add a clean modern aesthetic. Turning the corner you'll find a beautiful kitchen with natural granites and wood, lined in travertine and stainless elements. The Kitchenaid and Subzero appliances add another element of luxury and the kitchen is stocked with all of your utensils, cups, stemware and a lovely bar for serving up a perfect cocktail. For the cook in you, you'll enjoy the double ovens and stovetop range, as well the beautiful window out into the garden as you wash your dishes. The kitchen has a large island perfect for entertainment with bar and serving area as well as seating for six. During your stay we are happy to arrange a chef, let us know what style of chef you would like and we'll make sure our chef matches your culinary needs.

The bedrooms in the home are all designer decorated and beautiful. This 8 bedroom villa has some of the most incredible Matouk bedding, towels and fresh robes, ready for our guests to take advantage of. The main house has 3 bedrooms upstairs, which are all spacious and en-suite and are equipped with rain showers. You'll find beautiful views from most rooms, as well a private safe and your own television. Villa Dune also features two casitas that offer a separate haven for those seeking a touch of exclusivity. Elegantly designed and equipped with rain showers, these casitas provide a harmonious blend of comfort and sophistication. The villa also offers two additional family bedrooms with twin lofts with two twin beds below which can be converted into king beds and lastly but not least is the Stand Alone Bedroom with its own kitchenette, providing an extra layer of privacy and comfort.

The rental boasts beautiful outdoor space and dining area overlooking the ocean and this is probably one of the best features of this incredible home. Outside you'll find multiple layers of seating, nooks for reading and enjoying a cocktail or a place to have an entire meal with family and friends. There is an entire outdoor kitchen with multiple dining options from small tables for couples to large tables for family dinners. As well the various areas for people to gather, which includes an outdoor bar and bar tables setup for the entertainer in us all. The house lends itself to family and friends staying in one space yet enjoying their own worlds. And no house is complete without a beautiful swimming pool area that literally feels like it's floating on the sand, because it really is. The pool transitions to the beach area where you'll find platforms for enjoying the beach in your own space or right on the sand where you can just jump into the water and take a swim.
