Villa Umi is a beautiful modern new vacation rental with magnificent views over the unspoiled southern banks of the Turks & Caicos Islands. The inspiration for the design was to create a dual-aspect living environment optimizing views and connections to the beach. The spacious 6-bedroom layout is set over 3 floors and the elegant interior gives a sense of shaded relaxation. The open plan also maximizes indoor-outdoor living stepping out onto the pool deck, tropical white sands, and ankle-deep turquoise water.

A modern villa from the moment you arrive on Long Bay Beach you'll feel as you have really selected a beautiful home. The presence alone, against the backdrop of the turquoise sands and the beautiful modern lines, really do not do it justice in photos. The home has an open floorplan with great care taken in selecting a decor that is both modern yet holds an elemental feeling when you are walking through the home. The wood paneling throughout the house and on the exterior really draw your eye to the beauty of nature. The rooms are filled with finished wood and modern decor, blending two very unique styles seamlessly. Each bedroom is unique and has a warm feeling, the bedding with it's lush and luxurious feeling melds beautifully with the en-suite bathrooms and their hotel style. Each room has been designer decorated to the highest standards. Each room has a King Sized bed with lots of space to move around, luxurious bedding and en-suite bath.

Outdoors you have the best of nature and modern amenities, blending the sandy beach and the tropical pool setting into one. Luxurious loungers are set nicely so that you may enjoy your every day relaxing by the pool or pick up one of our beach towels and just head out for a swim. The villa is situated on Long Bay Beach, named one of the top 10 best island beaches in the world by Conde Nast Traveller. The beach is the perfect location to relax; for the more energetic, water sports such as kiteboarding, kayaking and sailing are on offer. Guests at Villa Umi are spoilt for choice. As if Long Bay beach was not enough, the world-renowned Grace Bay is less than two miles away, with an array of luxury fine dining restaurants, bars and shops to tempt the most demanding visitor.
