The fully equipped kitchen with custom built cabinetry and quartz counters, is equipped with top of the line appliances (fridge, freezer, ice maker, oven, dishwasher, microwave) are combined with lots of All-Clad cookware that will make any chef very happy. Reed & Barton flatware and Fiesta tableware service for 20, coffee makers, blender, toaster, juicer, waffle iron…and basically everything one might need to produce gourmet meals.

And the beautiful multi-leveled exterior decks provide plenty of room for everyone to while away the hours and are perfect to enjoy starlight suppers, cocktail hours, or fun-filled family time.

For the pleasure of Alta Bella guests, the villa is equipped with concrete stairs for ocean access, and has lots of snorkeling equipment.
