Villa Rivetta, is a charming rental villa situated in the picturesque village of Santa Maria Rezzonico, on the west bank of upper Lake Como. It enjoys unrivalled tranquillity and beautiful views as far as the eye can see. The house is in the prettiest part of the village, close to the ancient castle and is reached by a short walk. Cars can be parked 250 metres from the house and guests will reach the entrance by a flight of steps.
The ground floor, has large windows offering views over the lake, comprises a spacious well-equipped open-style kitchen and large dining area with direct access to the two charming terraces. The upper floor has an elegant living room, a bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the large terrace overlooking the lake.
The top floor features a large double bedroom with private bath and a mezzanine with two extra single beds. The house has a further covered terrace, which is equipped for barbecues and dining. An independent entrance from here leads to a cosy little annex with a double bed, TV, cooking facility, bath and terrace. Amenities include Wi-Fi internet connection throughout the house, and satellite TV with Sky in the living area.
