Villa Kiotari is an absolute beach frond, self-catering summer holiday villa with direct access to the beach. The villa is made up of 3 floors, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Location is superb with local supermarkets, restaurants/tavernas and child playground cafe's within walking distance and the beach is fantastic. A 40 minute drive (or bus ride) takes you to Rhodes town (including old town).

Activities: The arrival time can be until 23:00 and the departure time earlier than 10:00 in the morning. Jet skiing is available during the summer season within metres from the villa along the beach. Latest Jet skis are on offer including 2 and 3 seater sit down skis. Last season’s prices were 20 Euros for 15 minutes and include life jackets. Wind surfing is available within a 10 minute walk along the beach. Horse riding is available within Kiotari from beginners to experts! Rhodes Island: Rhodes Town with its ever expanding infrastructure including a huge widening progress to the main Rhodes-Lindos road, a new marina, a brand new fully equipped private medical clinic Euromedica as well as a new state hospital, two private schools and the Aegean University, Rhodes attracts professionals, students and visitors from all parts of Greece and abroad. Rhodes is easily accessible from most European cities with its International Airport being just 14km from the town as well as the main harbour connecting the main land on a daily basis. Not only does Rhodes offer a high standard of living but also a practically crime free environment making it a safe and easy living relocation choice. South Rhodes: The south of Rhodes, rich in history is a treasure trove of Byzantine churches, monasteries as well as numerous historical monuments. The natural landscape is a combination of long, unspoilt beaches stretching for miles with its rugged mountains scattered with a rare selection of flora and fauna making it perfect location choice for a second home. Of the ten villages each has their own traditional character and each unique to their own providing a fascinating opportunity for exploration. Kiotari has grown up over the last ten years along an impressive, vast beach, but does not suffer from the same tourist saturation which has negatively affected many of the other traditional resorts of Rhodes. You will find no real community here, just shops and hotels, most of which operate the all-inclusive system, and thus their guests spend almost the whole of their days within the hotel's facilities and on their private beaches. Most of the holidaymakers are families or couples, looking for peace and quiet by the sea, although there are a number of local people who come down on summer weekends as well. Even if you are not staying here it is worth stopping for a swim on the superb beach.
