This luxuriously appointed home sleeps up to 10 guests. The 2 story home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the main house as well as a detached studio-bedroom with another full bath overlooking the pool. Featurng over 3300 sq feet of living space, the home features expansive living areas, hard-wood floors and an eat-in kitchen with views to the pool. The pool area features a spacious living area with a oversized umbrella and space for lounging. There are flat screen TVs in the living room, in the primary king bedded master suite and in 2 more of the bedrooms. Pool heat is optional. There is off street parking for up to 2 cars parked tandem.

The property is located just 10-15 minutes walking distance to CityPlace/The Square, the rejuvenated area of downtown with its pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops, outdoor cafes, bars and movie theaters. The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and Norton Museum of Art are also within 10 minutes walking distance. The beaches are within 5 - 10 minutes driving distance. The famous island of Palm Beach with its popular points of interest (Worth Avenue, Flagler Museum, Breakers Resort) are also 5 - 10 minutes driving distance. The Palm Beach International Airport is just a 10 minute drive away from this home.
