The villa's living room is distinguished by its arched entrances, leading to a spacious veranda equipped with various seating arrangements. A series of steps descend to the inviting pool area and lush tropical gardens. The elegant outdoor dining space, which accommodates 10 guests, provides a sophisticated yet relaxed dining experience. The rental has a modern kitchen, outfitted with marble countertops and includes a breakfast bar. The all-in -white kitchen offers plenty of space and top-notch appliances.

The pool area is enhanced by a wet bar and a convenient powder room, creating the perfect setting for hosting gatherings, complemented by sunbeds and dining spots under the shade of palm trees. The whole garden is in the warm hug of the lush greenery typical for the island. The ground level houses a guest bedroom with a king-sized bed that grants access to the veranda. Ascending to the first floor, there are three additional bedrooms. The grand master suite boasts a king-sized bed and a private balcony that overlooks the pool and the sea. The other two bedrooms, one with twin beds and another with a king-sized bed, each come with their own en-suite bathrooms and individual balconies. Bajan Heights could also be rented as 4 bedroom vacation property.
