Its design, a collaboration between skilled architects and designers, features a rich palette of materials including stone, marble, and exotic woods. The property is equipped with the finest lighting and furnishings, along with remarkable facilities such as dual swimming pools, a jacuzzi, a fitness center, a movie theater with 12 motorized seats, and a secluded tropical garden. The villa unfolds over two levels, offering numerous spaces for quiet reflection or communal gatherings and activities, making it an ideal retreat for large families or groups of friends.

Upon entering Villa 3H at the primary level, guests are greeted by a generous living room that is open on two fronts, inviting in the ocean breeze and providing views of the sea and garden. Adjacent to the living space is a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen, and a gazebo in the rear garden offers a serene spot for relaxation or meditation. On this main floor, four out of the seven well-appointed bedrooms are found. The master suite features a private swimming pool and a large bathroom complete with a bathtub. Among the three guest bedrooms on this floor, two are interconnected, catering well to families with children. Additionally, a separate studio on this level is designed for staff, equipped with two bedrooms, a small kitchen, and a living space. The lower-level houses two additional guest bedrooms and a hurricane-proof room, which also serves as an extra studio with its own kitchenette. While the allure of Villa 3H's luxurious comforts might make it hard to leave, its prime location offers easy access to Gustavia, St. Jean, and Saline, adding to its appeal.
