The rental consists of a total of four air-conditioned bedrooms, each of them furnished with king-size beds, HDTV and private bathroom with rain-head shower. Bedroom boasts clean design in neutral color palette, offer majestic views of the ocean or the garden and open to the pool or the tropical garden surrounding the property. The villa’s four spacious bedrooms are arranged on different levels. Two bedrooms are on the main level, accessible from the living room and terrace. The other two bedrooms are located on the lower level, with access via a staircase through the living room or directly from the parking lot.

On the main level, an air-conditioned space houses a large fully equipped kitchen and TV lounge. The architectural decisions around this level of the property make it unique and keep the tropical surroundings within a short reach. The kitchen and dining area are in an open-air pavilions which allows the ocean breeze in and leaves the horizon open towards the ocean. The living area has organized TV corner with large, plush white sofas, ideal setting for a lazy afternoon or movie nights. The pavilion gradually extends to a modern, spacious lounge with a panoramic view of the ocean. The adjacent terrace houses a large heated swimming pool with day beds, creating an ideal setting to relax and enjoy the surrounding landscape. The villa combines modernity and warmth, offering exceptional charm. Its location on the heights of Gustavia allows residents to enjoy the beauty of the island at its best.
