The villa's layout features an expansive living area with an open kitchen setup towards the rear. Secluded within, there is a TV room that doubles as a workspace. Outdoor spaces at Villa Dei Sogni are extensive, celebrating the joy of beachfront living with various spots for relaxation. The outdoor kitchen/bar, twilight barbecues, alongside a stone jacuzzi, sizable swimming pool, outdoor bath and shower, and numerous lounging areas, invite guests to bask in the sun or enjoy the sandy surroundings. A pathway leads directly to the beach and the Surf Shack in Lorient, offering surfing lessons for both kids and adults. Each of the six bedrooms, with private bathrooms, is named after a cherished beach on St. Barth, offering versatility with configurations including king-size or twin beds adaptable to kings. Positioned strategically around the villa for privacy, two bedrooms are located by the pool, two in an adjoining bungalow with an option to connect, and the sixth in a secluded bungalow featuring a private deck and outdoor kitchenette.
