Villa ESSENIA is structured around a principal residence and a detached bungalow, all fully air-conditioned and boasting unparalleled views of Grand-Cul-de-Sac's lagoon. The property's enchanting vistas of the clear waters are enhanced by numerous openings that lead to a spacious terrace. The luminous living area is adorned with a plush sofa, an HDTV, and coffee tables, set against a backdrop of natural fibers and wood, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open-plan space also houses a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing gourmet meals and refreshing beverages. The kitchen island sets the boundaries between the living area and the kitchen.
