With the refurbishment, Villa Gustavia Views has introduced contemporary luxuries and decor while preserving its enchanting traditional features, including the vibrant tiled floors and distinctive architectural shapes. At the heart of this retreat is the expansive wraparound veranda, designed for enjoying the outdoors throughout the day. It features a sheltered dining area and a cozy living space, perfect for enjoying evening cocktails. Below, a heated swimming pool and sun loungers offer relaxation under the sun or shade, courtesy of a large parasol. The interior of the villa centers around the living room, a welcoming space with comfortable sofas for socializing or movie nights, and a large TV. The space is thoughtfully divided by a sizeable dining table and a kitchen island with barstools, leading into a bright, well-equipped kitchen.

The master suite, located off the kitchen, provides a sanctuary with a European king-size bed, ample closet space, an ensuite with a rain shower, and private access to a terrace, complete with a fridge and coffee maker for relaxed mornings. On the villa's main level, two additional bedrooms share a dressing room and bathroom, perfectly suited for families, featuring one king-size bed and two twin beds. A separate bungalow houses the fourth bedroom, offering privacy with a European king bed, an extensive ensuite with an outdoor shower, a private terrace, and a kitchenette, along with its own entrance and parking.
