This villa offers a serene, secluded, and expansive setting. Located in Marigot, it boasts views over Marigot Bay and is shielded by lush hillsides on one flank. It provides ample room both inside and on its expansive terrace so the property never feels crowded. Entering the villa, guests are welcomed into a living space that radiates warmth, adorned with an array of books, artistic elements, decorative touches, and retro furnishings. Adjacent to the living area is the kitchen, equipped with everything necessary to cater for your culinary desires. The appliances are well integrated, and green marble is used throughout. There is a breakfast bar and a nice dining table.

The villa's four bedrooms are strategically placed for privacy; two flank the main living space, while the remaining pair are arranged sequentially on a lower level. Three bedrooms offer views of the sea, and all are complemented by spacious ensuite bathrooms and full air conditioned for comfort. There is a wrap-around veranda that encircles the whole house, and the large terrace includes a sitting area, a gazebo, sunbathing areas, a heated pool, and a large green lawn and well-maintained gardens.
