Frangipani in Ocho Rios Jamaica is a beautiful rental villa with ocean views great for families looking for both privacy and resort amenities. The Villa takes its’ name from the tropical Frangipani tree which produces fragrant white, pink or yellow flowers. Several of these trees surround the house. This villa has four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and walk-out veranda which opens up to a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. The modern furnishings make it extremely comfortable. Outside the spacious living room is a central veranda adjoining the sun terrace which surrounds the swimming pool and extends towards the sea. The beautiful lawn and poolside accommodates up to eighty persons for an outdoor function and offers steps which take you directly to the water’s edge.

Discover 1,000 acre Prospect Estate on the north coast of Jamaica, nestled between the azure waters of the Caribbean Sea and the lush greenery of the mountains. This 2,032sqft (134sqm) villa is within it's own private compound comprised of two buildings. Prospect Estate is a short distance from the picturesque town of Ocho Rios, one mile east of the White River which separates the parishes of St. Ann and St. Mary. The Prospect Estate Villas are approximately a one and a half hour drive from the airport in Montego Bay and two hours from the airport in Kingston.
