The Tamarind Guest Villa is located on the southern part of the island, a 12-minute buggy ride from the main resort. This beachfront villa is designed with relaxation front of mind, in beautiful clean lines with a honey-toned wooden floor. Large en suite bedrooms are located on each side of the living and dining room, where there is also a private kitchen.
The Residence 5 is a complex of three villas (you can rent each separately). It includes a five bedroom main house comprising of a master suite on the home’s second floor and two guest suites (king beds, suitable for children or a nanny, with attached showers) plus two detached king-bedded guest villas. In addition, there are two three-bedroom villas on either side of the main property.
Dhyani House is a three bedroom villa located beyond Rocky Point (a landmark spit of land on Parrot Cay's beach) The villa is situated on nearly 2 1/2 acres of beachfront property. With two king bedrooms and one twin bedroom, this villa has a screened porch overlooking the ocean and en-suite bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with butler's entrance.
Lucky House, owned by model and actor Christie Brinkley, is a three-bedroom beachfront estate on the island’s sunset-facing shoreline.

Turks and Caicos Villa rentals range from beachfront to oceanfront rentals and can be rented by the week catered or self catered. Some of the home rentals include Waterden Villa, Bajacu Villa, The Stargazer Villa, and Jasmine Villa in the Caicos Islands. You can arrange to also have your wedding there and it’s a beautiful place for family reunions.
There are tons of things to do, remember the weather is best from end of November through Early May and after that we do hit the rainy and hurricane Seasons. You can find the prices drop according to season and most holidays during Christmas, New Years have a two week minimum. If traveling from overseas we recommend taking out Traveler’s Insurance.
