Our all-inclusive dining approach affords you the general comforts and amenities expected at any luxury resort at no extra cost. Included are three daily meals, as well as beverages (excluding alcoholic beverages) and snacks offered at the bar and lounges.

Dining is available all day and meals are taken at your leisure. We also understand that families all eat at different times and that little ones need to go to bed earlier. Please arrange with your Guest Kapten should you want to enjoy room service earlier than 6pm. Also please let us know should you want to have a carefree “child-free” dinner we can arrange nannies to look after the sleeping angels while you have a romantic evening away. We also do amazing big round tables for families, so let us know if there is a special occasion that you would want to celebrate. Our à la carte menu includes a range of Indonesian and Western-style dishes with daily specials. We can easily cater to people with dietary restrictions or allergies, and are happy to provide children’s options upon request. If you crave a simple piece of flame-grilled fish, comfort food or something that is off the menu, our chef will gladly prepare it for you with a little advanced notice. Should you feel hungry between meals, let us know and we will prepare a snack for you. In-room mini-bars and Estate kitchens are stocked at all times for your convenience should you want anything else, our on-site staff is available to take requests and replenish items as needed.

Located in East Indonesia, just south east of Bali, this award-winning luxury resort features a wide range of land and ocean-based experiences that ensures all tastes are catered to. May and September typically have the calmest/most favorable winds, and July and August have the largest surf. We are host to one of the world’s most coveted private waves, Occy's left. May to the end of September sees moderate to high surf. It is consistently in the 4-6+ foot range, with days where they can get into the 6-9+ foot range. It is during this time of year that it is possible to see the largest surf, with waves at Nihiwatu reaching a maximum of 12 feet. It is the peak season for surf, with regards to both consistency and size. The trade winds can pick up in the afternoons, so mornings are usually the best time to surf.
