Designed by renowned architect Downie North, this sensational home is bathed in natural light with stunning architectural features and a resort style backyard complete with heated swimming pool and cabana, positioned only 250m from Balmoral Beach and the esplanade.

As you enter in via the side entrance, your eye will be drawn to the seven metre high ceiling over the central dining room creating a dramatic and glorious effect. Light streams in through the four north-facing skylights in the cathedral-like ceiling brightening the dining, living, and kitchen spaces with adjustable external blinds to moderate the light on very sunny days.

The kitchen has quality appliances, butler’s pantry, sleek design, seating at the island bench, and an open plan layout making it the ideal space for enjoying meals with family and friends. Inspired by light and the simplicity of Greek Architecture, the material and colour cues from the surrounding area create a relaxed and beachy look.

Sliding glass doors open the kitchen to the outdoor deck and barbecue area, allowing for a fantastic indoor outdoor flow. Step outside into your own private oasis with swimming pool, grassed yard, and cabana with a minibar, toilet, and outdoor TV. This is the life!

At the front of the home, there is a separate lounge room with a TV and working wood fireplace, along with a sunroom that opens on to sunny grassed area with trampoline. The ground floor also accommodates a generous sized laundry, fourth bedroom, and main bathroom.

Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms and two bathrooms including the master suite. This master bedroom is truly a retreat with a king sized bed, private ensuite, high ceiling, and a bank of windows that provide a view of the hillside, sky and sunrise.
