The cottage features a stylish new deck that graces the front of the property and refined landscaping that welcomes guests upon arrival. The heart of Bal Harbour is its new three-slip boathouse that includes a charming queen-sized bedroom with one of the cottage’s bathrooms, perfect for guests seeking privacy and direct access to the lake. Inside the main cottage, you'll find four more beautifully appointed bedrooms, four with queen-size beds and one with two single beds, accommodating a variety of family or guest needs.

Bal Harbour comes with a fully equipped kitchen fitted with top-of-the-line Miele appliances, including a built-in coffee-maker, steamer, microwave, oven, and stove-top. Next to the kitchen is an official dining area with table for 10 guests. The great room, with its gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows and a cozy fireplace, offers a grand but welcoming space to gather and enjoy the stunning views. A media room is also available, equipped with all the necessary appliances to make your moments memorable. Additional amenities ensuring comfort and convenience include air-conditioning throughout the property, a generator for uninterrupted power, and pet-friendly accommodations, making it a perfect getaway for all members of the family.

The highlight of this cottage is the gorgeous newly built 3 slip boathouses with expansive dock, living quarters above and huge upper deck. 6 loungers, 2 umbrellas and 4 Muskoka chairs on dock.
