Nestled in the quiet area of Lake Rosseau is Club Zed, an exquisite vacation cottage spanning 16 acres of secluded land. The cottage is 10 minutes from the Town of Rosseau, 10 minutes to the Marriott and Clevelands House, 15 minutes to Port Sandfield and 25 minutes to the hub of Muskoka - Port Carling. It is a great base, offering the option not only for relaxation but also visiting the many downtown boutique shops including Red Bean Interiors, Lemonwood, the York & Mason café and L'eau!

This majestic cottage is designed to accommodate up to 14 guests across 6 beautifully appointed bedrooms, making it the perfect retreat for large families or groups seeking an unforgettable lakeside getaway. The main cottage houses four of the bedrooms, each uniquely designed to offer comfort and style. The primary bedroom is a lavish affair with a king-size bed, cozy gas fireplace, smart TV, and direct access to the deck, ensuring breathtaking views right from your pillow. Its ensuite bathroom adds an extra touch of privacy and luxury. Bedrooms two and three are thoughtfully designed with a queen and king-size bed, respectively, and have a convenient Jack and Jill ensuite. The fourth bedroom features a bunk bed setup with a queen on the bottom, providing a fun and comfortable space for younger guests or additional company. A short stroll across the property leads to the boathouse, which hosts the remaining two bedrooms. These are served by a shared bathroom and continue the theme of comfort and elegance found throughout the estate.

Air-conditioning and unlimited WiFi access ensure that every day spent at Club Zed is as comfortable as it is exciting. The living spaces are adorned with luxurious furnishings, a smart TV, and a generator to guarantee uninterrupted relaxation and entertainment. Club Zed has a gorgeous Great room with stone, wood-burning fireplace and beautiful views. Next is the dining area with seating for 10 and great views of the lake with sunsets in the summer evenings. A fully equipped kitchen is also at guests’ disposal. The kitchen boasts high-end stainless-steel appliances, a walk-in pantry and an oversized island for 3. In addition to all this is the beautiful Muskoka room, featuring an oversized L-shaped sofa surrounding a flatscreen TV and walkout to the back deck.

Outdoor living at Club Zed is nothing short of spectacular, with a new deck and dock framed by glass railings providing an unobstructed view of the serene lake. A sauna and outdoor shower offer a spa-like experience, while the outdoor pizza oven and luxurious furnishings ensure delightful evenings under the stars. For those who love a bit of adventure, the property includes a water trampoline, Lily Pad, and various other water activities. Swimming options for everyone include a sandy walk-in at the shoreline, or deeper water at the end of the dock with the option to jump-in off the top of the boathouse. For the little ones, treehouses and a range of fun activities await to kindle their imagination and provide endless entertainment.
