Echo Bay Lakehouse, a brand-new luxury vacation cottage, is perfectly situated from the water's edge on Lake of Bays in Ontario. This stunning property offers a serene escape with direct access to clear, deep water and beautifully landscaped grounds that lead from the parking area to the entrance and the lake beyond. The property is nestled in the quiet Echo Bay just off Ten Mile Bay and the area offers minimal boat traffic and the is great for swimming, paddle boarding and canoeing! Dorset is just a 10-minute boat ride away, where you can boat up and enjoy a fresh slice from the best "Pizza on Earth" or feast upon the catch-of-the-day at the "Fish Shack." The cottage is situated in a perfect location, also set just 15 minutes outside of the quaint town of Dwight. Downtown Huntsville is located 30 minutes south of the cottage while in the opposite direction, Algonquin Park is 30 minutes north.

The Lakehouse accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 thoughtfully designed bedrooms. They are all positioned on the upper floor and the primary bedroom comes with king size bed, ensuite bathroom and flat screen TV. The second bedroom is again with king size bed with a Jack & Jill ensuite bathroom. The third one is bunk bed bedroom and is ideal for children, also with a Jck & Jill ensuite access. The main floor houses the great room, featuring a cozy wood-burning fireplace, ideal for relaxing evenings on the plush sofas. The kitchen shares a space with the great room and the dining area and it offers an amazing place to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. It is fully equipped with high end appliances- Meile appliances, a Liebherr fridge with an ice maker, an island with seating for 4. A sunroom which is the second living area in the house feature two plush sofas (one pull-outs to a queen bed) and a flatscreen TV with surround sound and stunning views of the lake. Guests have plenty of space to relax or enjoy the favorite show.

Echo Bay Lakehouse offers multiple outdoor seating areas across the landscaped grounds. The deck features two Muskoka chairs and a sectional sofa with an umbrella to escape the sun. A shallow sandy entry can also be found along the shore, where you can lounge in a lawn chair and dangle your toes in the water! Half-way up, a fire pit with 4 Muskoka chairs overlooks the calm bay, inviting you to cozy around as the sun goes down.

Echo Bay Lakehouse's proximity to the water and its inviting interiors make it an excellent choice for both summer retreats and cozy winter getaways. The property is pet friendly so your can bring your whole family here and enjoy some quiet moments.
