Golfers have their choice of courses, all within a half hour drive. Boat to Port Carling and into Lakes Rosseau and Joe for all day boating.

The cottage consists of a main cottage, coach house (positioned above the garage), two-level boathouse, dock space, parking for 6 cars and a sauna. The main cottage boasts three of the six bedrooms, including a stunning master suite with an ensuite bathroom and direct walkout access to the expansive deck overlooking the lake. The heart of the home lies in its open-concept living and dining areas. The living room offers breathtaking, panoramic views of Lake Muskoka through floor-to-ceiling windows, with cozy seating surrounding a striking stone gas fireplace. Adjacent to the living area is the dining space, featuring a large table for 8 guests and sliding glass doors that open to a waterside deck running the full length of the cottage.
