Plus, with south-facing exposure and waterfront just steps away with a nice new dock with 2 boat slips, escaping to Port Sandfield for morning coffee would become a routine! Location provides easy access to local attractions, amenities, and unique shopping destinations.

Designed for ultimate relaxation and adventure, this exquisite property accommodates up to 13 guests. With breathtaking lake views, a spacious boathouse, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, Margaritaville provides an unforgettable lakeside retreat for families, friends, and outdoor enthusiasts alike. The property’s accommodations are spread across two beautifully designed spaces: the main cottage and the boathouse, ensuring ample room and privacy for all guests. Main cottage houses 6 bedrooms with primary bedroom being among them. The bedroom is located on the upper floor and it features king size bed, ensuite bathrooms, a walk-in closet with a center wardrobe island, a cozy den area, and a private TV nook – a true sanctuary with lake views. Four additional bedrooms are located on the upper floor while the main floor houses one queen-size bedrooms. Typically for the Canadian rentals, two of the bedrooms are part of the boathouse accommodation – featuring two queen-size bedrooms and a bathroom.

Margaritaville is equipped with all the modern conveniences needed for a perfect getaway from Satellite TV & High-Speed Wi-Fi to stay connected while immersed in nature, air-conditioning ensuring comfort year around and fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances to help you craft local cuisine and elegant dining area seating 10 guests.
