Inside Muskoka Wonderland you will see how comfort meets elegance. Culinary enthusiasts will delight in the fully equipped kitchen, boasting black granite countertops, high-end stainless-steel appliances, and a commercial gas stove for preparing gourmet meals. There is also a coffee bar, a place to perfectly start your mornings and choose between Nespresso machine and a Keurig puck/drip 12-cup machine. The open-concept dining room provides seating for 10, setting the stage for unforgettable meals and moments with a picturesque backdrop. At the heart of the cottage lies the Great room, featuring a towering stone, wood-burning fireplace surrounded by a spacious L-shaped sofa. There is also a Muskoka room framing beautiful views and an additional family room which is located on the lower level of the cottage. The family room is equipped with a QLED 4K flatscreen TV and BOSE surround sound system, complete with radiant heated floors. Sliding patio doors open to a backyard oasis, blending indoor comfort with outdoor beauty. For guests which need to follow a fitness routine there is a fully equipped gym, perfect for completing the daily routine. The six bedrooms are spread across different floors, offering a mix of king, queen, and single beds to suit all preferences. Each room is designed for maximum comfort and privacy, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Muskoka Wonderland comes with beautifully designed outdoor areas. The property features its own private beach with Western exposure. There are meandering granite walkway from the cottage to the boathouse, past the hot tub and end right into the water. Natural pathways weave around the property leading to an outdoor fire pit, various different areas equipped with outdoor lounge furniture, the two-level boathouse and lakefront swimming area. The boathouse not only provides storage for boats and water sports equipment but also serves as a picturesque landmark along the shoreline. It enhances the charm of the property and provides easy access for boating enthusiasts.
