Being the 4th largest lake in Ontario, Lake Simcoe provides hours of endless boating with access to Lake Couchiching. Just minutes from downtown Barrie offering a beautiful boardwalk along the waterfront and picturesque harbor as well as a multitude of restaurants, shops, theatres and entertainment.

This luxurious property offers an unforgettable getaway for large families or group gatherings, accommodating up to 23 guests with its expansive 7-bedroom layout. Set amidst beautifully manicured grounds, Parkland Estates is a haven of relaxation and entertainment. The centerpiece is the custom infinity swimming pool with a bar, inviting guests to enjoy refreshing dips while overlooking the lake. Unwind in the hot tub or lounge beneath the poolside cabana with a cocktail in hand. The estate offers an array of activities for guests of all ages. Challenge friends to a game on the private hockey rink or explore the calm waters of Lake Simcoe using the two stand-up paddleboards. The shallow, sandy walk-in area provides easy lake access for swimming and wading.

For indoor entertainment, the Entertainment Barn is a showstopper. This rustic yet refined space features a pool table, arcade games, a yoga room, and a fully equipped gym, ensuring endless enjoyment rain or shine. The property also includes two private docks, ideal for boating, fishing, or simply soaking in the spectacular sunsets from the iconic red Muskoka chairs.

Inside the main cottage, you’ll find a seamless blend of elegance and comfort. The open-concept kitchen, living room, and family room create a warm, inviting space for gathering.
