Pigeon Dream is a magnificent 5 bedroom cottage with 2 guest cottages and a sprawling 350' waterfront with astounding views of Pigeon Lake. Southern exposure presents all-day-sun and spectacular sunsets! The property is adorned with vibrant flower beds, intricate stone pathways, and charming bridges that add to the enchanting atmosphere. Outdoors is a a paradise designed for leisure and entertainment. The property’s sprawling, flat lawn by the Guest Cottage is the ultimate play area, perfect for games like spike volleyball, and badminton. The meticulously landscaped grounds feature multiple fire pit areas with Muskoka chairs and at the heart of this lakeside retreat is the magnificent waterfront, where adventure and relaxation go hand in hand. The private, paved boat launch makes it effortless to bring your own watercraft, while the expansive dock is perfect for mooring boats, jet skis, or simply taking in the breathtaking views over Pigeon Lake.

The main cottage is all covered in sunshine from the floor to ceiling windows, framing beautiful lake views. The Great Room is a masterpiece of cozy elegance, featuring vaulted ceilings, a stunning river rock fireplace, and an expansive seating area perfect for gatherings. For entertainment, the property boasts a home theater with surround sound, a games room, and smart TVs with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.
