The cottage is located only a 5 minute drive to JW Marriott Muskoka Resort and Spa, The Rock Golf Club and a quick 10 minute drive to Port Carling.

Rosebury is surrounded by lush mature forests and the sparkling waters of Muskoka, this stunning vacation rental offers a perfect blend of rustic elegance and modern comfort. The cottage consists of a main house and a boathouse. Rosebury comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests in 7 bedrooms, thoughtfully spread across different levels and locations, ensuring privacy and comfort for everyone. Each bedroom features a unique layout and bedding configuration: the primary bedroom featuring a king size bed, ensuite bathrooms and direct access to the outdoor deck is located on the main floor. Four additional bedrooms, a mixture of king or queen size bedrooms are also located on the main floor. The sixth bedroom is located in a charming separate space, a bunkie and features two twin beds, ideal for kids or additional guests. The boathouse offers extra accommodation and houses the seventh bedroom.

The main cottage also houses a fully equipped kitchen, featuring high-end appliances, ample counter space, and a large island, perfect for preparing meals for a group. Next to the kitchen is the formal dining room, a spacious offering views of waterfront and easy access to deck which seats 12 guests. The heart of the cottage is a cozy living room with wood-burning fireplace which is a great place for relaxation and TV nights with your family and friends. An additional family room / TV room is also available so the place never feels crowded. The cottage features intimate outdoor seating under the covered porch which offers stunning views of the prestigious Lake Joe and vibrant manicured gardens. The outdoor areas of the property are true oasis of serenity and privacy. A gradual and accessible path can be taken from the main cottage to the waterfront and the boathouse which boasts a large sundeck with new outdoor furniture which just adds to your relaxation in cottage country sun!
