Situated within 15 minutes of Parry Sound and only 10 minutes from Killbear Provincial Park the rental provides a great base for everyone who needs to relax in privacy but have easy access to all the modern-day services and amenities. The area is known for its rocky ridges, towering pines and pristine sandy beaches. This excellent location gives you access to shopping, hiking trails, and water activities. For the more adventurous cliff jumping and scuba diving are also available in the area. During the winter months, snow-shoeing, cross country skiing and ice fishing are just a few of the activities available.

The sprawling outdoor spaces ensure that guests can fully embrace the beauty of Ontario’s region, whether relaxing on the large dock, unwinding in the outdoor sauna and hot tub, or gathering around the firepit under the stars. Step onto the expansive dock, where deep water access allows for effortless swimming, diving, and docking boats or water toys. Guests can take advantage of the kayaks, paddleboards, and other water equipment available for use. Step inside to discover a beautifully designed timber-frame interior where expansive windows flood the space with natural light and frame breathtaking views of the lake. The Great Room, with its floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, plush seating, and warm wood accents, is the heart of the home—perfect for gathering around the fire on chilly evenings or watching a movie on the large-screen TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, and a large island. It offers everything needed to prepare and serve gourmet meals. A separate dining area with a handcrafted wooden table provides a welcoming space to share meals and create lasting memories. Tea House comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests with six well-appointed bedrooms spread across multiple levels, ensuring privacy and comfort for everyone. The primary bedroom is a located on the main floor featuring king size bed, ensuite bathroom, in-room TV and private deck with lounge chairs. Each of the six bedrooms is beautifully designed, and for the little ones there is a special, cozy bedroom featuring beautifully designed 3 set of bunk beds.
