A 25-minute drive will bring you to the hub of Muskoka - Port Carling - where you can peruse the small town shops and restaurants!

Terra Nova has been built for guests to enjoy the beautiful surrounding nature and it offers multiple outdoor seating areas. Guests can enjoy tranquility of nature from several seating nooks thoughtfully placed across the property—perfect for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or late-night stargazing. The property consists of a main cottage, bunkie and boathouse with Cabana bar, interior slip and port which makes it an ideal gathering place for casual drinks and lakeside entertainment. Terra Nova enjoys a beautifully designed places for alfresco dining, you can prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped outdoor kitchen, featuring a pizza oven, mini fridge, and BBQ—perfect for al fresco dining experiences. For relaxation unwind in the outdoor hot tub or gather around the firepit for storytelling and marshmallow roasting under the Muskoka sky, these are just some of the options available for our guests.

Inside, Terra Nova’s main cottage is a masterpiece of contemporary Muskoka design, seamlessly blending luxury and comfort. The open-concept living space is framed by cathedral ceilings, exposed wooden beams, and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the home with natural light and offer breathtaking lake views. Step into the Great Room, where a stunning stone wood-burning fireplace sets the scene for cozy evenings. Plush seating, elegant furnishings, and a large-screen TV create the perfect gathering space for relaxing after a day on the lake. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a dream for food lovers. Outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances, including a built-in Fisher & Paykel fridge/freezer, GE Monogram range with double oven, griddle, and 6 gas burners, plus a Miele dishwasher, the kitchen offers everything needed to craft culinary delights. The expansive island provides ample prep space, while the adjacent dining area—complete with a large wooden table and elegant lighting—makes every meal feel like a special occasion. Terra Nova accommodates up to 14 guests in seven bedrooms, spread across the cottage and every guest is guaranteed comfort and privacy.
