This 4-bedroom lakefront cottage accommodates up to 8 guests, making it perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking to experience the best of Muskoka's waterfront living. This unique property is composed of three distinct structures: main cottage, a bunkie and newly built boathouse. The main cottage sits atop a picturesque rocky hillside, seamlessly blending into the natural landscape. A spacious, open-concept living area greets guests with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light and provide breathtaking panoramic views of the lake. The great room features a cozy stone fireplace and stylish furnishings that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Just beyond, a fully equipped modern kitchen boasts sleek black and white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a large center island, and a farmhouse-style dining table where guests can enjoy meals while gazing out at the water. 3 of the bedrooms, including the primary one, are located in the main cottage. They are positioned on the main level of the house while a potential extra room is designed in the loft area offering additional queen size and 2 twin beds.

The bunkie is a charming separate guest retreat featuring a cozy living area, a small kitchenette, and one king size bedroom, providing additional privacy for guests.

The newly built boathouse is a true Muskoka masterpiece, featuring a large upper deck with sleek glass railings and stylish red lounge chairs, offering an unparalleled setting to soak in the sun or sip cocktails at sunset.
