Designed for those seeking a tranquil retreat with modern comforts and rustic charm the cottage comfortably sleeps 12 guests across its diverse bedroom arrangements, including king-size, queen-size, and single beds, distributed among the main cottage and a quaint Bunkie. This air-conditioned haven is fully equipped for a luxury stay, featuring a smart TV, Wi-Fi connectivity, and pet-friendly accommodations. The cottage is built on several levels, the main level has the kitchen, dining area and great room along with one of the bedrooms and one bathroom. The kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting a double built-in oven/microwave, a stovetop, and a large stainless-steel fridge/freezer, ensuring that every meal can be a gourmet experience. The cottage has a spacious dining area with a table for 8 and great room, designed with cozy seating area, grand stone fireplace and a fat screen TV. Just below the quaint loft a pool table with 4 bar stools and 2 swivel chairs can be found. The upper level of the house is where three of the bedrooms are located and they all offer a cozy place for relaxation. The last two bedrooms are in the Bunkie which is also equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances and a living area.

Outdoors, Timberland shines with flagstone patios and walkways leading to a boathouse bar and seating area, perfect for lakeside entertainment. The property includes parking for 6 cars complete with a Tesla charger, enhancing its appeal to eco-conscious travelers. Recreational facilities abound with an outdoor ping pong table, a Tiki Bar featuring a built-in BBQ and 3 stools, a land trampoline, and a cozy fire pit, creating multiple zones of relaxation and fun.
