The three additional bedrooms on the lower level and a charming bunkie provide versatile sleeping arrangements, featuring one king-size bed, three queen-size beds, and two double beds. Each space is crafted for comfort and privacy. The final bedroom is the located in the garage living area with a small kitchenette and living area.The architectural layout is a masterpiece, with the main cottage boasting a large deck on the main floor, offering seamless access to both the bunkie and the boathouse. A few steps lead you to the boathouse’s impressive rooftop patio, where covered and uncovered areas promise unforgettable lake views and a perfect spot for entertainment or serene relaxation.
