The fourth and lower level bedroom has a king bed which can be converted into two twins upon request and has access to an ensuite shared bathroom with a stand-up steam shower.

The main living level is completely open concept and features a gourmet professional kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a built-in espresso machine and large island seating. Centered on this level is the dining table, overlooking a sunk-in living room with a gas fireplace. Expanded outdoor living can be enjoyed year-round on the covered balcony with a built-in BBQ. The top-level of this home features the other three bedrooms.
