This beautiful beachfront house is in the gated community of Jolly Harbour, offering breath-taking waterfront views of the ocean, the soft white sands of Jolly Beach and the island of Montserrat on the horizon. This cleverly designed home is the perfect family retreat with 4 large bedrooms with vaulted ceilings, air conditioning and ceiling vans. Each bedroom has a king-sized bed and its own ensuite bathrooms.

All of the king size, ensuite bedrooms have private patios and outdoor access. Each of these bedrooms is equipped with individual controlled air conditioning units and ceiling fans, three bedrooms have televisions. The Master bedroom is equipped with a walk-in bathroom, featuring couples double rainfall showers, a stand alone bath tub and separate toilet and bidet with air conditioning. The master bedroom has spectacular views of the beach and sea through the multiple sliding doors. The fully equipped kitchen and main living area is fitted with high ceiling fans, and two powerful air conditioning units, which keep the space cool in the tropical heat. The plasma satellite TV is surrounded by comfy chairs and sofas, while the kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar, one wine cooler, coffee maker, double oven, stove top, beverage fridge, large refrigerator, produce refrigerated draws, twin dishwashers and many other appliances.

As you walk into the main living area the horizon greets you as your view captures the pool and the crystal blue Caribbean waters through the panoramic slide back full length patio doors . With a private pool and beachfront access, you will never need to leave this idyllic location. The pool, with a shallow and deep end, benefits from sunken bar stools. The outdoor space includes wrap around terraces, a rooftop sun deck, an outdoor BBQ and two outdoor dining spaces. One outdoor dining space is under cover with ceiling fans, the second benefits from a large umbrella. The direct access to Palm beach, along with two double kayaks and private beach chairs means guests benefit from the best of both pool and beach holidays. The pool offers comfortable loungers, and a sitting area out of the sun for the afternoons.

Jolly Harbour's community offers multiple restaurants, beach bars, tennis courts, a golf course and marina. The community has its own supermarket with Waitrose imports, as well as a pharmacy, boat and golf cart rental service.

The community has 24 hour security and barrier gates. The housekeeper visits the property Monday- Friday, the pool staff service the pool once a week (using the back entrance) and the gardener is on site twice a week to maintain the tropical gardens. The property comes with a boat dock, pool and beach toys and balls, a full outdoor bar and gas BBQ area.
