For guests convenience there is also a guest half bathroom outside, off the swimming pool area, and an outside shower to rinse off before diving into the refreshing infinity pool. Nicely shaded by coconut trees and looking out over the spacious canal, you can enjoy the most amazing easterly views and breezes in sheer comfort! Enjoy a memorable oceanfront barbeque with burgers on your private gas grill, and then kick off your flip-flops and enjoy the end of an adventurous day relaxing around the pool and enjoying a cold drink and a delicious meal!

Inside the villa, you’ll find a breathtaking bright, airy living space, including a large living room with huge flat screen TV, and a stunning dining table to comfortably seat 8 guests. There is a full bathroom on the main level, that two of the bedrooms share and then the second Master bedroom with a King has its own beautiful ensutie bathroom. Upstairs you will find the main Master suite, with a seperate spacious sitting area that has a queen pullout couch, and then the bedroom has a King, so there is plenty of brand newbedding for everyone in your group! The villa sleeps a total of 10 guests very comfortably.

All beach and bathroom linens are provided, including sheets, bath towels, and big, fluffy beach towels. Hi speed Wi-Fi is included, so you can conveniently stay in touch with family and friends back home, and get in contact with the office if you need to! There is a cell phone provided, allowing you to make free local calls and book your favourite restaurant for lunch or dinner! A Washer/Dryer, hairdryer and gourmet Coffee Maker are also in the villa for use during your stay!

The villa has a wonderful wrap around porch on the west, south and east side, with tables and chairs located in private areas, so you can escape with a good book and take advantage of the breezes and shaded areas! The gorgeous freshwater swimming pool is perfect for a swim or a dip to cool off at the end of a busy day, and a large outside dining table and chairs makes it ideal for socialising with your group and enjoying some down time!

The villa is located in the wonderful residential area of Cayman Kai, with tropical-island serenity yet easy access to several great restaurants, bars, watersports and shops. The snorkeling in the area is fantastic with the protected reef just a short 2 minute drive away off of the Rum Point Restaurant and Beach Bar! Just a 15-minute drive away, North Side and East End offer activities such as the Crystal Caves, the Botanical Gardens, Diving, Eco Bike Tours and much more. There is a convenience store, Chisholm's, located in North Side and a larger grocery store, Fosters, in East End. George Town and Seven Mile Beach are a scenic 45-50 minute drive away, and they offer a whole host of activities and adventures like world class restaurants, boutique shopping, boat charters, parasailing, diving, and a lot more. This villa has been designed and built to ensure you have the most comfortable and enjoyable vacation possible. It truly is paradise!
