Welcome to Casa Luna, a luxuriously intimate resort-style community nestled along the coastline just south of Seven Mile Beach. Inspired by Tuscan architecture, Casa Luna blends modern luxury living with award-winning landscape design to create a secluded Caribbean oasis to call your very own.

Casa Luna appeals both to guests who are considering stand-alone villas but wish for more resort amenities, prefer to use taxis, barefoot swimming beach, snorkeling, proximity to 7 Mile Beach (shopping, watersports, restaurants)...as well as the guests who are weighing the luxury 7MB condo option but wish more privacy, their own roof and less density and traffic on the beach and at the pool. Casa Luna offers a wonderful option to experience the best aspects of a private villa with the convenience and resort amenities of a luxury oceanfront condo...without the crowds. Only 3-4 of the (18 total) Casa Luna villas are available for short-term rental. The others are privately owned. Our beach is never crowded and is not easily accessible by the general public due to the rugged ironshore cove that protects our secluded sandy beach.

Casa Luna is a 3-bedroom, 4-bath, multi-level, private villa within steps of the infinity pool, fitness center, and barefoot beach. An open-concept floorplan ensures plenty of common areas for guests to enjoy. French doors in the living area open onto a beautiful veranda and private gated side yard. You may use taxis or park a rental car within 50 feet of the villa. The Casa Luna estate is gated for its guest's privacy.

The gourmet kitchen overlooks the dining area & veranda and is equipped with many high-end appliances and plenty of counter space. Prepare a homemade dinner for your group or hire a professional chef to prepare and serve a gourmet meal during your stay. The dining table seats 8 guests comfortably, while the patio dining table can seat 6 guests for a more casual meal. One of the island's best restaurants, Grand Old House, is just a 5-minute walk from Casa Luna.

All 3 bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms, large closets, and flat-screen TVs with cable programming. The top-floor master king suite includes a private terrace on each side with elevated views of the Caribbean Sea. The middle floor has an additional king suite and a double-bed suite with 2 full-sized beds. All bedrooms offer luxury linens, towels, hairdryers, and bathrobes. Owner also has (2) inflatable twin beds for overflow sleeping for children. Casa Luna will sleep 10 total, however, only 6 maximum guests 18 years or older per Cayman Islands Department of Tourism License.

An extra full bathroom is on the ground floor as a guest powder room or for use when all the showers are taken by others getting ready to go out to dinner.

From the villa, you are only a few steps away from the resort’s picturesque beach and idyllic swimming cove. Open only to Casa Luna owners and guests, this sandy barefoot swimming beach with calm azure waters is perfect for photos and paddleboarding.

Overlooking the beach is the resort’s pool deck with mosaic-tiled infinity pool and separate heated spa. The fitness center is available for guest use and is located below the pool deck for the more active members of your group. With its elevated views of the secluded beach cove, the pool deck is the perfect spot to end the day while watching for the "green flash" as the sun sets in the west.

We offer mid-week light housekeeping for stays that are seven days or more. Casa Luna’s amenities, gated privacy, 24-hour security, secluded barefoot beach, and luxurious residences combine to create a beachfront vacation experience unlike any other condo or villa on Grand Cayman.
